After an approximately 34 hour journey, Miss Supranational 2018, Valeria Vazquez from Puerto Rico, has arrived in Bangkok, Thailand for her first international visit. The National Director of Miss Supranational in Thailand, Joe Kampol, welcomed the queen on behalf of the Miss and Mister Supranational Thailand Organization with a traditional Thai flower garland. Despite the long journey, Valeria was extremely excited to be in Asia for the first time.

“It’s a dream come true for me and I could not be any more excited than I am right now. I am looking forward to learning more about the incredible culture of Thailand. One thing that I really wish to do is visit an elephant sanctuary during my time here. It has been on my bucket list for the longest time,” she mentioned. Valeria will spend the next two weeks in Thailand supporting the local organization, meeting fans, doing photoshoots and visiting local attractions.
