The Miss Supranational Team touched down in Windhoek yesterday to start a victory tour in the country to celebrate Namibia and Africa’s first Miss Supranational winner, Chanique Rabe. Miss Supranational President, Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski, and Creative Director, Andre Sleigh, were welcome by the queen and her national director, Willem Fourie.

Their first point of business was courtesy calls to the Ministries of Education, Arts and Culture and Sports and Youth to thank them for their support since Chanique’s victory. A tour of Windhoek followed, including the TransNamib Railway Museum.

“I am so happy and excited to have the team here to show them what Namibia has to offer. The next few days will be very special and I am sure they will fall in love with my country,” our excited queen said at the press conference covered by all the local media outlets.
