Miss Supranational, Anntonia Porsild, recently visited Jakarta, Indonesia for the Puteri Indonesia 2020 Final. Here are her memories of the last day in Indonesia:

The day after the final started with a photoshoot. I got the opportunity to work with some of Indonesia’s best and it was a great experience. Jihane (the new Miss Supranational Indonesia) and I did a shoot together and I also did some solo shoots and a few with Bint. I loved this experience and I want to give a big thank you to all the makeup artists and photographers that made me feel really special. 

In the afternoon, it was time for some media interviews. This was also lots of fun. I enjoyed sharing more about myself, my opinions and how I see the world. 

We all had separate activities in the evening. While Zozi had her meet and greet, Bint and I got to spend time with our the two queens who will represent Indonesia at Miss Supranational and Miss International. It was great to get to know Jihane better. We did a live together and also had a bit of time to chat. She is lovely and I know she will work hard to make her country proud. 

Jacob Adhitya, an amazing designer, also brought some gowns for me to try on and it was so much fun. I love his work and enjoyed trying on the gowns… and of course the impromptu photoshoot. Jacob is such a lovely and warm person with positive energy. He offered to take Andre and I out for dinner so we could see a bit more of Jakarta. We went to a sky restaurant and the views of Jakarata was incredible. It was a great night – good photos and good company. Thanks, Jacob. 

The next morning, after a very warm send-off by the local organization, it was time to head back to Bangkok. I left Indonesia with a very grateful heart and I am happy that I made so many new friends. Thank you, Indonesia. 

I hope you guys are all staying safe and following the regulations your governments have decided are best during these trying times. Let’s all work together and stay connected even though we have to be physically apart during this time.
